  • Social: The candidate has an inherent need to contribute to a higher good. Does the job provide the candidate a forum to make the world a better place? This candidate will find it difficult to manage people if the company is totally focused on a bottom line approach.
  • Individualistic: Can this job provide the candidate with a sense of power. Will they be able to feel a sense of, "I am in charge?" This candidate wants to control their own destiny as well as those around themselves.
  • Traditional: Does this candidate march to the corporate drum or do they have a system for living that could be in conflict with the culture and environment of your workplace.
