This report ascertains the way a candidate will do the job. We use a four quadrant behavioral model. It was initially developed at Harvard University in the 1920's by William Moulton Marston. In 1984 the concepts were integrated into our computerized version. This was the beginning of a new era in the behavioral social sciences.
